DTF Color Gang Sheets

A gang sheet is a 13'' Wide sheet by X'' tall. Fully customized to your images. We have an integrated sheet builder to fit your customized DTF print needs. Please use high quality PNG images on the sheet builder. If you use low quality images, they will turn out blurry. We cannot reprint sheets unless there is a defect in the prints.  Once you submit your sheet, we preview the file and then print within a 2–4-day business days TAT (we do not process orders on the weekends or holidays.)  

DTF is so easy to use!

1-Prepress Garment 

2-Press DTF transfer for 315 degrees medium pressure for 10-15 seconds

3-COLD Peel the clear film off the garment after it is fully cooled.

4-Cover image with Teflon or parchment paper and repress for another 5-8seconds.
